# Refund & Cancellation Policy

> ScrollLaunch paid features are one-time, per-product purchases delivered instantly. We operate a no-refund policy by default with the good-faith exceptions listed below.

## Overview

Submitting and launching a product is **always free** — no card required, nothing to refund. The paid tiers (Premium, Premium+) and ad placements are governed by the rules in the sections below.

## Premium Listing — $9 per product (one-time)

Premium gives your product a verified badge, priority placement, and highlighted styling — applied **immediately and permanently** to that specific product.

- **No refund after activation.** Once the badge is applied, we cannot un-ship the placement retroactively.
- **Transfer:** you may request a one-time transfer of Premium to a different product you own by emailing kalashvasaniya@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, provided the original product has not received significant engagement.
- **Duplicate / accidental charges:** fully refunded within 14 days of the charge.
- **Failed delivery:** if the badge is not applied within 24 hours due to a bug on our side, we will fix the issue or refund in full at your option.

## Premium+ Listing — $19 per product (includes AI blog post)

Premium+ includes everything in Premium plus one AI-written launch blog post — generated, edited, and published to [/blog](https://www.scrolllaunch.com/blog) the moment you click "Generate launch blog" on your product page.

- **Before generation:** you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase so long as the blog has not been generated and you have not used the Premium badge for a meaningful amount of time (7 days).
- **After generation:** no refund. The published article, its URL, and any accrued SEO value remain yours.
- Regeneration or rewording is not included. Minor factual corrections to a published post are offered as a courtesy — email kalashvasaniya@gmail.com.

## Sponsored ad placements (Sidebar / Center)

Ad placements reserve a specific slot for a specific calendar month.

- **Before the month starts:** full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the booked month begins.
- **After the month starts:** no refund. The slot was reserved and other advertisers were turned away. We cannot re-monetise it after the fact.
- **Failed delivery:** if the placement is not live within 24 hours of the month start due to a bug on our side, we will fix it or refund in full at your option.

## Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any active paid features. We're a small team and we always reply.

## How to request a refund

Email kalashvasaniya@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email used at checkout, the product slug, and the order/transaction ID. We respond within 5 business days.

## Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law (e.g. EU/UK distance-selling regulations). Where statutory rights apply, they prevail over the rules in this policy.
